It was something she said, the way he seemed unbothered or maybe the fact that they forgot. Whatever caused you to hurt is not easily forgotten and sometimes it's a struggle, to move past the hurt. Like a broken record.. the offense can play over and over in your head until your head makes it a permanent memory. Sound familiar? Carrying the weight of an offense can be exhausting as well annoying. The momentum it takes to move forward in life, can be blocked by the heavy burden of offense. My friend, it takes courage to step out of your feelings and separate from the hurt you feel. It is a necessary courage that God has given you, for moments of life such as this. This courage is called FORGIVENESS! It's your only chance at moving forward and taking back your peace. This is why the enemy fights us so hard to use our power to forgive. He knows that if we use it, we can move forward and be better. As long as we carry offenses in our hearts, we block our own paths to wholeness. So where in the struggle can we find our freedom, our courage? My friend it's in the surrender ! Yes the simple release of that offense enables you to step out of your feelings and into forgiveness. Surrender that offense to God, in prayer today. Release the hurt and the one who hurt you. Take courage and forgive, so that you can move forward in your walk of Faith. Let's pray this prayer together....Lord, I come boldly before you today with a full heart. My heart has been hurting because of this offense. I know your watchful eye has seen it and now I'm surrendering my feelings about this to you. Thank you for enabling me with courage to let go and receive your Peace. Thank you for the courage to let go and walk in love. Forgive me lord and wash me in your blood. Renew my mind and my heart right now. I believe by the power of Faith, that this surrender opens me to be better and move forward in you. I trust you to work this out for my good!! In Jesus name, Amen. This is really great and I shared it with others. Forgiveness is powerful. Some say it's to hard to forgive, but it's to hard not to.( Tina Campbell). Really Great, thank God.

Well well, this right here! Spoke and speaks volumes. I do understand the importance and need for forgiveness, however I’m praying for there to be healing in the area of just wanting to hold on to resentment. That’s justified be because I’m just really really frustrated , total and complete hurt, and just good old stubbornness and stuck on self! But thanks be to God for his perfect ways, of showing up and showing out and just doing something to make you question yourself and just laugh, and to say “what was I really mad about or at again...that’s growth, maturity, getting off of self. That is regaining your footing and picking back up the momentum to continue on this here journey! God Bless,
