Yes I have to admit that I'm a bit of an OVER ACHIEVER. I certainly didn't start out that way but once I tasted the sweet nectar of achievement...I was hooked! I love the feeling of accomplishing something, especially when initially I feel I can't do it. Hard work produces results and those results can feel so liberating!! Today I want to chat with you about Maximizing your Mentorship by mastering the Art of Achievement!! We all know what it's like to fail, to miss, or to simply not try. I've lived in complacency a long time because of my fears and I know you have too. Once I realized (through the help of my Mentor) that I could beat fear and actually do some amazing things....I went for it! A mentor should push you to Achieve! Most likely a mentor will do this by giving you small or large tasks to do. If you stay committed to completing the tasks given, you will start to love the taste of achievement. Reach for the goals you and your mentor have set together. Check out this video for more about Mastering the Art of Achievement and don't forget to SHARE it with your friends.

Mentorship can be so great! Just like any new relationship, a mentorship can start out very exciting! This week I'd like to share with you how to maximize your mentorship by mastering the art of Commitment. Being committed can seem like a no brainer in the beginning of your mentorship, after all, you have invested in getting help from this person so of course your going to be around. However as time progresses, and life happens, it can become harder and harder to stay committed to the mentorship. Commitment or lack thereof can actually end a mentorship before it's time. Before you start a mentorship, take a moment to realistically determine how much time you can commit to this new relationship. Make sure your able to give one hundred percent so that you can reap all the benefits of being mentored. Check this video below from my new series "Maximize Mentorship" and don't forget to subscribe to my channel, so you don't miss future videos. I don't know about you but I love a NEW beginning! We all go through seasons of our lives where the day to day routine can feel daunting. Change can seem ions away when you feel hopeless and overwhelmed. As you endeavor to reach goals from season to season, you may crave CHANGE but find it hard to reach. I remember my early years as a mom being so overwhelming and frustrating I wanted to pull out my hair! I was stuck changing diapers, losing sleep and struggling to keep my head above water. Being stuck is a horrible feeling, but the good news is...there's always someone somewhere who can help you get unstuck! I was blessed to find some veteran moms who were willing to MENTOR me and what a huge change that brought to my mothering. They had taught me creative ways to get sleep, balance and actually enjoy the tireless tasks I had to do daily. Yes, mentorship was the help I desperately needed back then and it still works for me today. Just like you I have dreams and one of them was to become a published AUTHOR. It seemed impossible, I wrote for years with no luck or recognition. I would start books and never finish. I was once again, stuck! Prayerfully I sought out a MENTOR and immediately, my creative juices started to flow. Mentorship has been my well kept secret until now!! It is the key to saving time, money and gaining success in every area of your life. Stick around this month and I'll share with you FIVE ways I learned to maximize my Mentorships. Check out the first one in this video below, don't forget to leave a comment. I'd love to hear your thoughts about Mentorship and how it effects your life. Check out these Summer Reads! |
