This Morning the Spirit of God awakened me with a song. It's an old song (I love those 😉) that gave me such peace and perspective. I'm not sure who sings the version of the song that I heard in my spirit, but the words and melody was so beautiful. The words: less of me, and more thee. Through your eyes, I want to see. Less of me, and more of thee. In your perfect will, oh lord, I want be. With tears in my eyes, my heart became humble. What have I put on? All of our fancy clothes, designer shoes and bags, amount to status. All of our connects, networks & associates, amount to influence. We have put on these things and so much more. Now we stand boastful with all eyes on us and no one can see HIM. We have great power, great influence and much success but who gets credit for it all? Are we self made? At at some point my friend, God will draw you close and ask you to Examine your heart. For me today I envisioned myself in front of a giant chalkboard, filled with all my accomplishments and successes. But as I heard that song ringing in my spirit, I reached for my eraser and started swiping it all across the board, until there was nothing to see. I took comfort in the words of this Psalm: I delight to do Your will, O my God; Your Law is within my heart." God wants us in his perfect will! In all that we accomplish or do in this life, let the focus be on HIM and not you. Let it be less of ME and more of thee, when you work, achieve, influence & move freely in your gifts. As you humble your hearts today before God, repent freely and receive a clean slate. Begin again in faith by asking The Holy Spirit to lead and directs your decisions today. Take delight, joy and gladness in being in Gods perfect will for your life. I pray these books help you practically walk out in purpose and fulfill God's perfect will for your life.

We have all experienced LOSS on some level. It hurts to lose! Whether it's a broken friendship, a sudden death or a divorce-it's a loss. We mourn. In the Bible times, people would take off their clothes and put on "sackcloth and ashes", these garments symbolized mourning. Are you Mourning a loss today?
At some point we all dream of being Queen, even if it's just for a day. The thought of being served and pampered is always a comforting thought. To have access to whatever you want, whenever you want-is a dream to many of us. There was a Queen in the Bible who lived this luxurious life, but it came with a great price........ Years ago when I was single, I went through a season of purification. It was both a spiritual and natural cleansing that I underwent for one year. During this time God led me to take a deep study of Queen Esther!
