Mentorship can be so great! Just like any new relationship, a mentorship can start out very exciting! This week I'd like to share with you how to maximize your mentorship by mastering the art of Commitment. Being committed can seem like a no brainer in the beginning of your mentorship, after all, you have invested in getting help from this person so of course your going to be around.

However as time progresses, and life happens, it can become harder and harder to stay committed to the mentorship. Commitment or lack thereof can actually end a mentorship before it's time. Before you start a mentorship, take a moment to realistically determine how much time you can commit to this new relationship. Make sure your able to give one hundred percent so that you can reap all the benefits of being mentored.

Check this video below from my new series "Maximize Mentorship" and don't forget to subscribe to my channel, so you don't miss future videos.
