Clear the air

I suffer from severe allergies and sinus conditions. If you know the struggle, you will grab this faster than anyone. After multiple medications, prayers, shots and cleanses, I just want.......to BREATHE! The simplicity of breathing is natural, but when air is compromised..

So much can penetrate and compromise this invisible need we call AIR. At this time in the world, we all know what’s airborne and causing havoc all around the globe. Sometimes our spiritual AIR can be in the same dire state. Things flow easily through air and because it’s invisible, it’s easy sometimes to miss an enemy. It’s been there the entire time but you never saw it until now. Hands up if you still wit me.

Ever lay down to reflect on your day? It’s grand when you have succeeded and made power moves for the day, but what about when you’ve been thinking wrong, doing wrong and not feeling strong ? The air you breathe feels grimy, heavy and it’s hard to breathe. Hard to pray with the guilt on your back like a gorilla. Sleep tormented with tempting thoughts and your attempts to fight. Morning doesn’t bring freedom, the heaviness still stares at you like a giant. If your still reading let me loudly tell you this!! It’s time to CLEAR the AIR!!!!!

Get up! I know every voice in your head is telling you that you can’t but you can. Fall to your knees (physically or in your heart) and cry out to God. Forget the shame, God loves when we cry out to him. He loves when you come to him and pour out your heart. Confess! Don’t pretend it didn’t happen or that it’s not happening, there’s no FREEDOM in that. Ask Holy Spirit right now to clear the air. God wants you free and breathing clearly my friend. God made the air and he wants it clear. Clean, clear air makes a system relax and able to function at a higher capacity.

God wants to take you to that next high level, so the fight intensifies but so does your victory. Freedom is a promise, not a wish. Scripture says who Jesus sets free is free indeed! That means freedom is a right, an expectation and when thoughts or actions violate that, I run to the father and ask for fresh air. God heard you when you pray, never doubt that. God forgives you when you repent, never doubt that. Take up your new freedom and slay every giant with confidence and persistence. You got this!!
